Affiliations

Cypress is one of three affiliated brands.

Cypress Authority Services LLC is affiliated with Dispatch Rail Logistics LLC and Northridge Risk Group LLC. The three brands share infrastructure and refer customers to each other where it makes sense — Cypress for the authority filing, Northridge for the insurance that makes the authority active, Dispatch Rail for the dispatching once you're running.

Sharing your information with one affiliated company does not automatically share it with another. Every hand-off requires your explicit click. The mechanism is described below.

What "affiliated" means in practice

Four rules that govern how the three brands work together.

Sharing is per-hand-off, not automatic

When you click the Northridge hand-off in your Cypress portal, you are explicitly authorizing Cypress to send your verified business record to Northridge for the purpose of generating an insurance quote. No background data sync runs between brands.

Each brand is a separate legal entity

Cypress Authority Services LLC, Dispatch Rail Logistics LLC, and Northridge Risk Group LLC are distinct legal entities with distinct customer agreements. You sign up with each brand independently. Cancelling one does not cancel the others.

Cross-brand referral attribution is logged, not silent

When Cypress refers you to a sister brand, the destination URL carries an attribution flag (?ref=cy, ?ref=cypress, etc.). That attribution is recorded on the destination intake so the sister brand knows the lead came from Cypress, but the underlying customer record is not shared until you opt in.

You can opt out of cross-brand referrals

Your Cypress portal has a referral-preferences toggle. Turning it off suppresses the Northridge hand-off card at T-14 and the Dispatch Rail hand-off card after authority activation. Your authority and compliance lifecycle continue normally; only the cross-sells go quiet.
