We verify the details
Before anything is filed, our verification team confirms your EIN with the IRS, validates your business address with USPS, cross-checks the state business registry, and runs an ID match for the owner. We surface any mismatch back to you for a fix — never forward a package we know to be wrong.

We prepare your filing package
Your URS application is built from your verified intake, with each field pre-populated and labelled so you know exactly what's being submitted. You review and approve the package before it goes anywhere.
Step 4
Your authority is filed and tracked
Your filing is submitted and tracked end-to-end. You see live status in your portal — from submission through MC approval — and we'll proactively reach out if FMCSA flags anything that needs your input.
Step 5
A 300-day compliance calendar
Once you're authorized, your portal calendar prompts you for BOC-3, UCR, MCS-150, and Form 2290 ahead of every deadline. We hand-hold each renewal the same way we hand-held the original filing.
